After countless drafts, edits, and refinements, we have finally chosen to share our 2024 Sustainability Report. We could have continued working on it endlessly, but we have learnt that projects of this nature should not be seen as a finished product. They capture a moment in time — a marker along a journey that is constantly evolving.
When we first started structuring it, our consultants pointed out something that resonated with us: we had achieved a great deal over the years, but we had rarely paused to reflect — let alone to record it. For decades our focus had been on moving forward, launching initiatives, and pushing boundaries, yet seldom stopping to recognise the progress already made.
This process reminded us how valuable it is to pause, gain perspective, and acknowledge the distance travelled and the milestones achieved. Far from exhausting us, that reflection provides renewed energy and motivation to continue.
Publishing this year's report is not about perfection. It is about transparency, accountability, and the conviction that progress is built step by step. For us, the exercise has three key purposes:
